PARAMPARAA '11

Being a 2nd year, moist memories and storms of emotions are attached with PARAMPARAA 2011. PARAMPARAA is the nomenclature of the ethnic stall that is put up during Kisan Mela by SPIC MACAY, Pantnagar chapter.
The PARAMPARAA stall stands like a nubile amongst all other stalls because it is a collage of different stalls. It exhibits the collection of goods engineered out of brass, cane and white metal. It widens upto the variety of displaying goods like Kashmiri Garments, a variety of Indian Kurtis, the chilled Lassi stall, a stall of Himjoli, a new stall of home manufactured Badi's and an irresistible collection of cassettes and CDs of pious songs related to Indian Culture and the legends of our Indian film firm like Mohammed Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Manna De, Lata Mangeshkar etc.

PARAMPARAA stall has always brought a variety of stuff that has fascinated people since years and have forced them to take a handful of items as a souvenir to their home. Everytime I pass through the place where PARAMPARAA was set up, a gust of memories nozzles from my mind to my heart and leaves a smile on my face and makes my soul pious and serene.
